Service Description

Professional barrel threading for suppressor installation in Live Oak, TX. Expert threading to precise specs (1/2x28, 5/8x24, 9/16x24) for rifles and pistols. We thread AR-15, bolt-action, and handgun barrels with precision machining. Includes thread protector. Veteran gunsmith with NFA expertise. Please note: Minimum barrel thickness will not be threaded there needs to be metal to work with when threading for a suppressor due to the volume of pressure on those threads. The Gunsmith will need a minimum of 1/8" to thread a barrel. Example: A 30-06 barrel is 3/4" wide the gunsmith will need a least a 1/4" to take off. This will leave 1/2" for the rifle barreling and threads/ more than enough. The the 30-06 is only 5/8" there may not be enough of a shelf for the suppressor or muzzle break too sit on securely we do not sell suppressors at this time.
