Refund Policy

1. Cleaning Services

• No refunds on cleaning services after 6 hours from completion. This is to prevent misuse (e.g., using the firearm and claiming unsatisfactory work).

• Documentation: Before-and-after photos will be taken and stored for each firearm. Serial numbers and completion times will be recorded for all cleaning jobs.

2. Firearms Work Responsibility

• Once the owner takes possession and leaves RTF3TX Gunsmithing property, all responsibility for the firearm transfers to the owner. No refunds will be issued after this point.

3. Transfers & Purchases

• No refunds on firearms transfers or purchases, except as covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. Add-On Items & Parts

• Any add-on items (parts installed or removed) require a receipt for our records. This ensures both the owner and RTF3TX have a record of all parts and modifications.

5. Safety & Repairs

• If any safety issues are identified, the client will be contacted with options for repair or replacement. RTF3TX Gunsmithing will not perform or complete unsafe work on any weapon.

6. Vintage Firearms

• For weapons older than 50 years, no refunds will be issued for work performed, due to the difficulty in sourcing replacement parts for key components.

7. Final Sales & Work Orders

• All sales are final. Work orders will be closed upon completion and delivery of the item to the client.
